About This Guide
Welcome to the Faith Center for Community Wellness and Advancement Inc. health resource guide. The Faith Center has been awarded a grant which focuses attention on health issues in Baltimore City. The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene awarded the Faith Center with the Fiscal Year 2016 Minority Outreach and Technical Assistance Award (MOTA). The local MOTA programs are dedicated to the four categories covered in this health resource guide:

The organization name, address, and contact information are provided, as well as the services and eligibility. All of the services are FREE or at a REDUCED COST.

Our goal is for this resource guide to be a useful and empowering tool to assist the residents of Baltimore City in finding affordable resources to improve their health circumstances and quality of life.
